Not whining...but this year will be a little different because of my shoulder thing. I'm fearful of attending the fireworks display at the lake...since it will be dark...someone drunken fool might fall in to me (it's happened before) and that would be bad for the shoulder. hee,hee :) We also are void of any family visiting us at the moment, my sister went home on Monday...so it's just me and DBF. In fact he is installing a new potty in the bathroom as we speak....not very festive. Oh well, we both just enjoy not being at work and lounging around. Maybe we will go see a flick. We saw "The Incredible Hulk" yesterday and it was really good. On the list still to see is "Hancock". I personally think Will Smith is AWESOME!!
Well since the day slowly advancing...I better get these to ya before you want to go play!! Again...Have a glorious "July 4th", enjoy your families, take lots of pictures, and SCRAPem!!

I, too, have fond memories of the fourth but it seems these past few, Robert and I have enjoyed the silence and safety of the homefront!!! Glad that you are looking out after your shoulder!
Today is my grandsons's VERY first "4th" and they plan on a trip to Ironstone Vineyards (huge ampitheater there) to watch fireworks, or so they are hoping as they are still trying to find out if it is indeed tonight!
